IN-LINE LEAK TESTING MACHINE FOR EMPTY CONTAINERS
HSL200 Leak Testing Machine is used for in-line, non-destructive, container integrity testing. Containers coming from the Upstream section are automatically spaced and fed to the Testing Area. Leak Testing process takes place by closing the containers by means of a mobile testing group. Containers are then subject to a suitable level of pressure. At the end of the leak testing process, non-conforming containers are automatically rejected and only conforming ones are fed to downstream section of production line.
